Is there a free trial?+

We don't offer a self-serve free trial, but every plan starts with a free personalised demo where we walk you through the platform using your own use-case. After the demo, we offer a guided setup — so you only pay once you're confident CircleWork is the right fit.

Can I upgrade my plan later?+

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to Business or Business to Enterprise at any time. We'll prorate the difference and carry over all your data seamlessly. There's no data migration or downtime involved.

What happens if my team size grows beyond the plan limit?+

We'll notify you when you're approaching the employee limit and help you upgrade to the next plan. We don't suddenly lock your account — we work with you to ensure continuity.

Is biometric device setup included?+

CircleWork supports ZKTeco, eSSL and most popular biometric devices out of the box. Our onboarding team helps you connect your existing devices. If you need new hardware, we can recommend vendors.

Do you support PF, ESI and TDS compliance?+

Yes. Business and Enterprise plans include PF challan generation, ESI monthly contribution reports, and TDS workings. All reports are formatted for direct submission to the respective authorities.

Is my data secure?+

CircleWork is hosted on secure Indian cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain daily backups and comply with Indian data localisation norms. Enterprise plans include dedicated SLA guarantees.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We'll provide a full data export in standard formats (Excel/CSV) so you're never locked in. We believe in earning your business every month.

Do you charge per employee?+

No. CircleWork uses flat monthly pricing — ₹4,999/month for Starter (up to 25 employees) and ₹7,999/month for Business (up to 100 employees). This makes budgeting simple and predictable as your team grows.
